Once-a-year employees can make changes to their benefit elections, outside of a qualifying life event which allows you to make mid year changes.
Our open enrollment period happens in November.

Every employee must ENROLL or WAIVE coverage within our online NAVIGATOR portal

Enrollment and changes do to a qualifying event must be elected within the NAVIGATOR portal. Each employee has been issued an individual login based on their email address.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)

What is a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)? A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) is an employer-funded benefit plan that reimburses employees for eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses. These expenses typically include copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and prescription costs. The key feature of an HRA is that the employer, not the employee, contributes to the fund, which employees can use to offset their share of healthcare expenses
All Employees that participate in our Health Insurance Plans are eligible to receive up to $500 in reimbursement for covered expenses.
